SEIKO was hosting a distinguished VIP cocktail and watches exhibition of Grand Seiko 55th Anniversary theme at Oriental Watch Company Flagship Store in Central on 13 Nov 2015.During the event, guests were suit one’s fancy in each timepiece ‘Credor, Grand Seiko, ASTRON and Prospex. Moreover we are delighted to invite master of Engrave – Mr. Kiyoshi Terui-san who awarded “Medal with Yellow Ribbon Medal” for professional diligence be a live engraving Credor dial show, last but not least we were arranged Grand Seiko and ASTRON catwalk show.

Distinctive Japanese esthetic sensibilities embodied in a “Land of the Rising Sun”theme

Using high-level openwork techniques, the metal engravers have created a bold-yet-subtle design based on a Japanese esthetic of beauty. The decorative work was done under the supervision of the Credor master engraver, Kiyoshi Terui. Much delicate work was carried out to produce this special model, offering high artistic value. The design, which brings out the ultimate beauty of gold engraving work, was created by Nobuhiro Kosugi, the first watch designer to be recognized as a “contemporary master craftsman” in 2014.
