Oriental Watch Group

Oriental Watch Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is incorporated in Bermuda as an exempted company with limited liability. The Company was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1993 (stock code: 0398). Over the years, the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) have developed an extensive retail shop network in the Greater China area, and have become one of the leading watch retailers, renowned for its reputation, credibility, and scale.

In 1961, Dr. Yeung Ming Biu, the late co-founder of the Group, and the shareholders established the first “Oriental Watch Company” store at Des Voeux Road Central. Since then, the Group has been progressively expanding. Through the acquisition of La Suisse Watch Company in 1973, the Group successfully acquired the distribution rights of a number of top-tier international brands. The Group’s position in the industry was thus established.

The Group currently carries several prestigious brands, in particular, famous Swiss brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Bulgari, Breitling, Longines, Tag Heuer etc.

The Group operates more than 10 shops in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, including Oriental Watch Company, La Suisse Watch Company, Rolex and Tudor Boutique, Central Breitling Boutique and Elements Ulysse Nardin Boutique which are all located at prime locations in the heart of the cities. Because of their proximity and extensive retail network, customers can enjoy a convenient and comfortable shopping experience delivered by the Group. In 2004, the Group expanded its watch retail business to Mainland China. Since then, the Group has opened a number of outlets and boutiques covering various cities in Mainland China. Subsequently, the Group has further expanded its businesses to Taiwan region.
