“Job Shadowing” - Growth mentor program for non-Chinese speaking students

Non-Chinese speaking students may sometimes have difficulty communicating with others and integrating into society due to social and cultural difference. Over time, this can limit their choices in learning and employment.

This year, Oriental Watch Company has once again teamed up with Youth and Community Service , Caritas Hong Kong – Job Shadowing Program to become a growth mentor alliance partners. By providing non-Chinese speaking students with practical job shadowing experiences, exposure to diverse learning resources, and expanding their career development horizons, they can deepen their exploration of the operation of the watch retail industry. This not only allows them to have a more comprehensive understanding of workplace culture and industry operations, but also hopes to help them explore more career choices, and make long-term plans and preparations for future studies or employment.

We hope to provide non-Chinese speaking students with more opportunities in the future to continue pursuing their dreams in Hong Kong, where they call home.
